Little way to prevent flood

Flood  is a very dangerous phenomenon, it is a natural calamity,that we cannot stop it, if it will occur. But people can be a part of the cause also,  through their wrong doings, and neglecting to take care of the environment,whose responsibility is to be a steward of the creation. But they just don't realize the consequences that are happening around them, that they are also affected by it.So as a part of those people who are still concern in their environment, there are still many ways that we could prevent flood to happen, in just little way we could survive from it, by disposing our trashes in its proper places, so that our drainage would not be stuck-up by those garbage that are scattered everywhere, and that water could flow properly, and and that flood may be prevented if heavy rainful may happen.
