In every blog that is being created it has its own purposes. It may be to entertain, to make money or even to inform and give awareness to the things that are happening nowadays. We have a lot of topics or issues to be consider but among those we choose to focus on the different place in Cebu who are experiencing floods.
This blog contains different areas wherein floods may occur or are occurring.
