Little way to prevent flood

Flood  is a very dangerous phenomenon, it is a natural calamity,that we cannot stop it, if it will occur. But people can be a part of the cause also,  through their wrong doings, and neglecting to take care of the environment,whose responsibility is to be a steward of the creation. But they just don't realize the consequences that are happening around them, that they are also affected by it.So as a part of those people who are still concern in their environment, there are still many ways that we could prevent flood to happen, in just little way we could survive from it, by disposing our trashes in its proper places, so that our drainage would not be stuck-up by those garbage that are scattered everywhere, and that water could flow properly, and and that flood may be prevented if heavy rainful may happen.

Miskin muingon ta nga "gamay rane ,ok ra" apan gihunahuna ba nimo nga ang isa ka butang magamay man o madako maka kontribyut kane sa kahugaw og kabati sa atong palibot. Wa man gane ta nakahunahuna nga tungod sa gamay natong basura maapektahan ang ubang walay labot. Dili ka malain ana? Tungod sa imong ingon nga "Gamay kaayo nga basura" mag sakripisyo og magmaoy ang kadaghanan. Dili pod sa ingon nga gibasol tika sa paglabay sa imong basura kay labaw sad kung mubuhat ana.          Tubig ay mahalaga, ito rin ay dahilan ng pagkasira ng buhay ng iba.  

         Tubig ay maiinom, magagamit panligo, ngunit BAKIT???...naging dahilan ng pagkasira ng buhay ng tao?

         Pag may malakas na ulan, baha ay nangyayari agad, dahilan ng wala ng mga kanal na madadaanan ng tubig, kaya kahit saan nalang bumabaha at marami ang naapektuhan. Kadalasan marami ang nawawalan ng mga mahal sa buhay. Bakit walang kanal dahil puno na ng mga basura.....

         Floods is a large amount of water that rises and overflow through over low kind of a land. Floods may occur when heavy rain comes. Floods can destroyed life, human resources, living things and etc. Garbage everywhere, cutting of trees, mining are some of the causes that floods may occur. Mostly, human made calamity  is the main reason why floods happen. First and for most the attitude of  being irresponsible, because of the things that we did, like throwing of garbage everywhere. We didn't think the possible effect that may happen or comes. Every human being have It's own responsibility to take good care of our nature for the goodness of our future generation that they may have still places to live.

Reason of FLOOD..

Flood is an overflowing water beyond its normal confines especially over what is normally dry land. Floods usually occurs when there are waste stock on a canal and also those waste thrown in the rivers is one of the biggest reason why we experience this kind of disaster. Now, I want to tell you the reason why we always experience floods even if the rain is not that strong.

The attitude of some of the Filipinos who are fun of throwing their garbage anywhere is the first reason why flood occur, those waste will block the water from flowing into the river, so the tendency is, water will overflow and that is the beginning of the flood. Many of the people usually complain about this matter but they themselves don't know how to contribute some helps or improvements to minimize this disaster. Since this is one of the natural disaster, we could not really avoid it but we can minimize its occurrence. Now let us change this attitude of throwing garbage anywhere let us practice how to do 5's that stands for sort, systematize, sweep, standardize and most importantly self-discipline. Self- discipline is one of the solution to minimize floods. Let us start it within ourselves guyz!!......let us give new generation a better life without a thing to worry.......

           A flood is an overflow of water that submerges land which is usually dry. Flood is a natural phenomenon. No one could tell when will it happen. Thus, usually when there is a heavy rain a water from water bodies overflow , such as a river , lake, or ocean in which the water overtops or breaks levees, resulting in some of that water escapes from its usual boundaries.

        Nowadays, one of the problem of our country is this! it is because this could also destroys human lives and properties. This is such a natural phenomenon but we could honestly do something for it. Thus, in our own simple ways we can help our country resolving this problem.

       Some of the simple ways is to segregate our garbages, at home , at our workplace and in anywhere we go. To recycle and reuse garbages that can still be reuse and can be recycled, too.

Alam ba ninyo na ang baha ay isang seryosong pangyayari na nakakaapekto sa ating kayamanan, kabuhayan, at higit sa lahat sa buhay ng isang tao?.

Mula sa isang maliit na basura, kapag ito ay ipinagsama-sama, nakakadulot ito ng isang milagro sa mga tao, kapaligiran, maging sa mga hayop na nasa dagat, lupa, maging ang nasa himpapawid.

Kung may basura, may baha, dahil sa baha, may lumuluha, luhang mula sa mga matang nangungulila, dahil sa pagkawala, ng isang napakamahalagang biyaya.

      Flood is now part of our daily lives? Due to unresolved problems on why or what causes floods. We now are used to this phenomenon. Decades ago " flood " is a event that occur seasonally in habagat season. Now it can occur even just an hour rain and technology advances, it also has its evolution from knee high to above person water.  

            Since it started to occur, many solutions has been formulated to solve or eliminate this ancient problem. Some made a simple drainage system for the water to flow freely in most rural place and urbanized communities are state of the art water system. Even if these so called answer is realized it always and will comes back because of the root of all this, which is " self discipline. " We may develop new ways to prevent this from happening but one thing is for sure that if the people won't follow the proper ways of treating our environment. The occurrence of flood is inevitable. No matter how much effort is rendered or innovative ways we create, there is no solution  to a problem when its source is also the cause.

            We must  not let this be part of our daily routine nor our culture  as Filipino. The answer is " be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem. "

REASONS OF FLOODS

          Look at this picture.!This is one of the reason why floods may occur without any awareness. How can young prevent this disastrous catastrophy? Some young or even adult don't  follow the proper way of disposing their waste though some still follow the proper way of disposal it may help prevent and minimize but the fact that others are still throwing or not giving any importance of the proper waste disposal, it may turn out to be no use or shall I say useless!

    Floods may happen anytime and anywhere. They make attack or occur anytime without even a short notice like "an owner visiting it's vineyard without giving any notice, that made his/her tenants alarmed for they was not prepared for his/her coming." We may not know when
flood could occur because it's a natural disaster but there are many possible ways on how to prevent and minimize those hazardous floods whose intention is not to give any advantages but a DISTURBANCE to one's life.
